About

Nathan Sheranian

People advisor to CEOs. I help companies get their people through big change.

I've spent my career on the people side of big change, at GE, Cisco, Freshworks and Connor Group. At Freshworks I was part of the IPO: public-company readiness, work with investors and bankers, and the compliance a listing demands. I've also worked through eight M&A transactions and integrations.

The work has always gone well beyond traditional HR: translating between businesses, clarifying priorities, bringing functions together, and solving whatever stands in the way of the plan.

I've lived and worked on three continents, in the US, Hong Kong and across Africa. That's taught me how to build teams that work across cultures, and what it takes for an international company to land well in the US.

Today, from Salt Lake City, I work with growth-stage and investor-backed companies at the moments that test them most: rapid growth, a deal, AI reshaping the org, or a first team in the US.

“Through three integrations at once, Nathan built trust and executed highly complex change, turning three companies into one team. When I lead through major change again, he’s my first call.”

How I work

Your partner on the people side of the business.

  • In the room from day one.A trusted talent partner and advisor to the CEO and executive team, and the person you can call about any people question.
  • Tied to the numbers. We agree up front what success looks like for the business, in revenue, profit or performance, and measure the work against it.
  • Seen it before.I've worked globally and locally, through an IPO, M&A and integrations. Not much surprises me, so you get steady judgment when the stakes are highest.

What I believe

A change delivers only when the people who carry it own it. My job is to make sure they do.
